This is a preliminary policy for a prelaunch site, written plainly by us rather than by a law firm. It will be formally reviewed and expanded before Voiyage begins processing payments or bookings.
Two things, both given to us deliberately by you:
We do not run advertising pixels, behavioural tracking, or third-party analytics profiling on this site.
Newsletter addresses are used to send trip-related communications: new routes, seasonal guides, and occasional availability notes. Contact form submissions are used to answer your enquiry and to plan the trip you asked about. That's the whole purpose.
Your details are never sold, rented, or traded to third parties. We share information with a supplier, whether a hotel, a guide, or a transfer company, only when it's necessary to arrange something you have specifically asked us to arrange, and only the detail required to do it.
None is collected. There is no online payment processing on this site, no checkout, and no card details are entered anywhere. If that changes, this section will be rewritten before the functionality goes live, not after.
Newsletter addresses are kept until you ask us to remove them. Enquiry correspondence is kept while your trip is being planned and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us.
Write to us through the contact page and ask. We'll remove your email address from the newsletter list and delete your enquiry records, and confirm once it's done. You don't need to give a reason.
This policy will be expanded once booking and payment functionality exists, covering processors, retention periods, and your formal rights in more detail. Until then, if anything here is unclear, ask us and we'll explain it in ordinary words.
